This User Agreement applies to the "VaultVPN" mobile app, referred to herein as the "Services." By using these Services, you agree to adhere to this User Agreement. You may use VaultVPN if you have the legal capacity and authorization to enter into agreements and are not restricted by applicable laws. You agree to use VaultVPN solely for privacy and security purposes, complying with all relevant laws and regulations. You must not interfere with others' use of VaultVPN, engage in illegal activities, or violate this Agreement.
Privacy and Data Security
VaultVPN facilitates internet activity through VPN servers while concealing your IP address, ensuring data confidentiality. VaultVPN does not store data that could compromise your personal information. For activities involving personal data, such as payments, we utilize third-party providers for data storage. Service Enhancements
We may update VaultVPN by adding or removing features or updating the software. We may provide technical support, upgrades, and updates at our discretion. By using VaultVPN, you consent to receive these updates. We are not obligated to provide support for older versions of VaultVPN under this Agreement.
External Collaborators
Our partners include third parties such as Digital Commerce Providers for payments and Data Processing Centers for VPN servers. For more details about our partners, please refer to our Privacy Policy. While we carefully select our partners, we do not guarantee their services or content.
Privacy Assurance
We do not collect or use personal data for VaultVPN. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for comprehensive details on data handling.
User Account Protection
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and managing your user data. You are accountable for all activities associated with your account, including those conducted by others. VaultVPN offers an unlimited subscription, which users manage. A 3-day trial is available, with auto-renewal and pricing subject to change. You can manage your subscription via account settings.
User Responsibility
You agree to comply with local laws while using VaultVPN globally. You must not reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, or use VaultVPN to create competing products, transmit illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, or compromise its operation.
No Warranty
We provide the service and software without warranties. We are not liable for damages resulting from user identity exposure or VPN server performance. VaultVPN is provided "as is," without guarantees for uninterrupted operation or complete data protection.
Legal Protection
You agree to indemnify VaultVPN and its affiliates from any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of VaultVPN.
Termination
Terminating this agreement revokes your access and license to use VaultVPN. Termination may occur due to atypical usage. Upon termination, all licenses are revoked, and access to VaultVPN is denied.
